Melior began during a moment of uncertainty. In 2020, as the world shut down and digital adoption accelerated, we—three recent computer science graduates—returned to Saint Lucia with no clear roadmap, just skills, curiosity, and a strong desire to contribute.

What we saw was a gap: Caribbean businesses were searching for ways to go digital, and we knew we could help them do it better. What started as a few projects during the pandemic has grown into a full-service software development and tech consultancy agency helping businesses across the region plan, design, build, and scale digital products that drive real results.
